Passengers Name should be confirmed to Spirit Air Airport Executives minimum 3 hours before the flight departure time. Minimum booking for one hour. Waiting charges for first one hour-No charges. For more than 2 hours-10% discount on Aircraft hiring charges. For more than 5 hours-15% discount on Aircraft hiring charges. Waiting charges for first 2hours,Rs.2,500/-toRs.6,500/-depending on the airfield of operation. Waiting charge for more than 2hours,Rs.4,500/-toRs.9,500/-depending on the airfield of operation. Note: Passenger name for Purnea and Darbhanga will have to be provided minimum 3 days prior to departure date   Refund & cancellation Policy- 1. In case of cancellation Fuel Charges (payable to Indian oil corporation) and Airport Charges (payable to Airport Authority/Airport Owner) is Refundable 2. If the cancellation is done less than 72 hours prior to flight departure no amount is refundable.
