Spirit Air will be introducing scheduled commuter flights between SHORT, MUNICIPAL LANDING STRIPS, GRASS AIRFIELDS located in districts of India AND THE LARGE, WIDE RUNWAYS OF BIG CITIES for transportation of passengers and cargo with its, twin engine turbo prop Islander-BN2T-4S and King Air 250 ( MTOW less than 5700 Kgs) capable of carrying up to 8 passengers or 1.5 tonnes of cargo and certified for operating day and night from short grass airfields with RVSM and RNP approach.

Step - 2 Screening Test.
Documents and registration fee details submitted during registration by the candidates will be verified and if found satisfactory, selection team will inform registered candidates about date for screening test.

The Screening Test consists of
- (A) Written test -
English -100 Multiple Choice Questions - 100 Marks - Duration 60 minutes.
Test of Reasoning - 200 Multiple Choice Questions - 200 Marks - Duration 120 minutes. - (B) Personality Test / Interview —100 Marks.
The skill sets to be assessed during the interview would broadly be listed as below- 1. Personality traits.

- 3. Critical thinking ... To be able to make quick and logical conclusion to a given situation.

Step-3- Joining -Spirit Air LLP
Selected Candidates will be required to:
Meet HR Team for signing agreements for undergoing training- Airline Captain Course -Upgrade/ Ab-Initio and for contractual employment on specified date, pay initial training fee through RTGS in designated account in Axis Bank, Domlur Branch, Bangalore -Purpose: Advance Training Fee prior to the signing of agreements for undergoing training- Airline Captain Course and contractual employment.
Failure to fulfil, all the requirements during the validity period, or joining within 30 days from the date of selection, selection will become invalid and no further communication will be entertained in any way.
